Arsenal have responded to the vile actions of the Celtic support as exposed our last news story.

I'm very sorry that it has taken a little time to respond to you in writing - We generally try to reply to any emails we receive within 14 days.
As we discussed, the Club absolutely condemns abusive and intolerant behaviour from supporters in Emirates Stadium and makes every effort to take action against it.
As you mention in your email, the Club has the greatest possible respect for the armed services and the work they do. Arsenal FC works to raise funds for Help the Heroes, as well as making tickets available to serviceman when possible, through the charity. As such, we were of course very disappointed to see the reception that members of the army received during the Emirates Cup from a section of the visiting crowd.
In case of interest in the future, in a continued effort to eradicate anti-social behaviour at Emirates Stadium, the Club have put in place an Anti-Social Text Service, where we offer supporters the opportunity to identify and expose to Arsenal stewards any anti-social behaviour taking place close to them in the stadium.
